So, I don't blog because I just don't have the time. So how about a vlog?

  1. Frozen fruit works well too if you don't want to use ice. I use half fresh fruit and half frozen. We even throw in kale or spinach which you can't taste because of all the fruit. Yummy! Makes me want to go make a smoothie now.
