Kalapawai Cafe - Kailua. Expenseive because it has a casual facade, go here, it's really good.
Bangkok Chef - Nu`uanu

Crepes No Ka Oe - Kailua
Regal Doughnuts - Airport
Le Bistro - Niu Valley
Giovanni's Shrimp Truck , Kahalu`u. Only get the scampi, it's the best.
Island Snow, Kailua. I prefer mine with ice cream, mochi, and sometimes, a snowcap!
Brasserie du Vin - Downtown. Food is medicore and a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is worth it.
Buzz's - Kailua. Come here for drinks in the afternoon.

Canlis - Seattle. Amazing. French Foam is the best drink I have ever had.
Via Tribunali - Seattle. Better pizza than Italy.
